MIA (40K): For crimes against the Emperor part III

It is the twilight of the fifth edition of 40K.
Rumours race through the ether.
Some claim the Emperor has died, others say he has risen.
Countless thousands hold their breath waiting for arrival of a new era.
So why on earth do a post about a unit from a soon to be outdated edition??

Crimes:
Troopers do not get into a penal unit by being nice people, chances are each trooper has commited some serious crime punishable by death to be sent there. Crimes cost +2 points per model. A penal unit must have committed at least one crime to a maximum of two crimes. All models (including the custodian) in the unit must have the same committed crime.

Title: Gun running/smuggling
Description: Maybe it was just an extra laspistol clip or even a Leman Russ Battle Tank. Theses troopers have taken from the administratum without consent and have been sentenced to a Penal units.  Gun Runners tend to have “spray and pray” approach. Their skill sets means they are seldom short of ammunition and if they run out they will always borrow some more.
Game effect: The gun runners lasguns gain Rending and Pinning universal special rules.

Title: Thief
Description: The sergeants watch, the Captain compass these troopers can not keep their hands away from shiny things. Their skill sets means they are light on their feet and good at getting to where they should not be.
Game effect: Thieves gain the Scout and Infiltrate universal special rules.

Title: Violence
Description: Misuse of combat stimulants, simple disagreement ending with multiple guardsman in hospital. These Troopers skill sets mean they prefer the up close and personnel approach to problem solving
Game effect: violent troopers gain the Fleet and Furious charge special rules.

Title: Faith
Description: For blasphemy against the Emperor or maybe a disagreement with the regimental Priest the troopers have been sent to the penal unit. These Troopers skill sets mean they tend to stick around and keep going when others might flee fall to their wounds.
Game effect: Faithless troopers gain Stubborn and Feel no pain special rules.

Design note:
My take on how the IG penal squad should have been done. The limited equipment and concept of crimes would give players more options to create their Penal unit for the grime dark of the future.
