The Tzeentch models will be back, painted for Northguard challenge, I hope. I think the conversions were planned before the new codex came out.
The WTF model I am not sure about, maybe spawn maybe a Princes, all corrupt if you ask me. It is best not to dwell on the motivations and thoughts of the followers of the ruinous powers. Time is better spent charging the lascannon and preparing to fire :)
